Third Dimension Construction began as the dream of Frederick Black and officially came into fruition in 2004. Originally located on Grenville Drive, the company started by selling tiles and metal roofing materials, alongside its sister company, Modern Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

In 2016, following Hurricane Matthew, the store relocated to Yellow Pine Street. By 2019, the company had acquired the former Grand Bahama Millwork compound. While Hurricane Dorian was a curse to many, it marked the beginning of something extraordinary for our company. Just one day after the storm passed, we were able to spring into action to meet the urgent needs of the Bahamian people. Over the years, we’ve proudly supported various organizations and programs, including the Disaster Reconstruction Authority and Rotary of The Bahamas, among others.

Third Dimension Construction is 100% Bahamian-owned and operated. What started as a family-run business has now grown into a company that is currently stretching to other islands of The Bahamas. We specialize in tiles, building materials and supplies, hardware, housewares, paint, tools, electrical, and plumbing supplies. Looking ahead, our five- to ten-year plan includes establishing a fully functional Abaco branch capable of meeting all hardware and building material needs. We envision both of our locations becoming true one-stop shops for Bahamian homeowners and investors.
